it was a small tent and had a great atmosphere even though it wasnt full for the last few bands.
in my opinion:
Best band : No use for a name
Worst band: hard to say cause i tried to avoid alot of the bands i dont like but from wat i heard it wud b The anniversary but the White stripes/strokes/hives/muse
but only cause i dont like their music
special mention for The Offspring who played alot of the old song which i enjoyed alot

i dint enjoy XdaoffspringX that much, ive seen em at a propper gig and it was much better. if they didnt play their novelty songs it would have been a lot better.
Andrew WK and SOIA were fucking ace. lovly pit action.
The (international) noise conspiracy were gay, they took half an hour getting dressed so i only got to see 3 songs.
Puddle Ov Mudd were obviously shite.
loads of bands swore far too much, its a shame to waste the opertunity of being on stage by belting out 'fuckin mutherfuckers' all over the place.
SLipknot were boring, they dont lamp each other or puke up an that any more, that must have just been publicity stuff to get them famous, what a surprise.
Oh, and what realy got on my nerves was cunts smoking in the tents, selfish bastards coundnt wait half an hour for a band to finish and take it out side so me and my friends can breath free tonight.
Too many fucking hippies there an all.

i was on the rails for the hives and mid set he stuffed a gaffer taped up paper thing in me hand. on later inspention it was a signed (reading) setlist with hand written lyrics on the back, well i presume they were lyrics. could have been any old shit.

Good weekend
Best Bands: Biffy Clyro, Sparta, NOFX, NUFAN, Muse, Finch, Get Up Kids, Thursday
Worst Bands: The Strokes...sounded good but boring to watch and Janes Addiction....talented but very boring and not what i expected live.
Funniest Bands: NOFX, Pulp (Jarvis Cocker)
Most Moving Performance: Sparta, Biffy Clyro, Get Up Kids, Thursday...powerful and crazy stuff.
Bands That I Wish Id Seen Properly: JEW, Rival Schools, AYWKUBTTOD (Trail Of Dead), Cave In
Good weekend...i hope it happens again...but i wont be camping next time! We were asbout 20 metres away from the burning toilets and flaming Portacabin.
The Concrete Jungle stage was excellent, but they should have spread it onto the Saturday as i didnt have time to see all the bands i wanted to see. Saturday was a bit boring but it was still worth watching bands im not that keen on.
GNR - Fucking ace....reminds me of being a young un. Played the songs better then the original line-up!
Foo Fighters - Good set, bit too quiet though. I couldnt really hear the bass and drums very well, and Mr Grohl's guitar was shit. Still a good band to end on.
Being pissed on Sunday morning at 11.00 ish was funny as well.
Best Food: Pasta Stand...mmmmm!
Tightest and Most Proffessional Band: Muse...Matt Bellamy is one talented guy. I envy his crazy voice. Plus the basslines sounded well smart and punchy.

Also....Weezer and The Hives were excellent and good fun to watch. Rivers seems like an ok guy despite all his bad press.

i had the most amazing time of my life.probably because of the people i went with , theres loads of negative feedback on here from leeds but i cant imagine there being a time when u werent enjoying it.
i couldnt belive 100 reasons, ive heard there album and it sounds pretty fake and i lost my respect for them , but live there songs seemed soo much different. to come across better live than cd is a better thing.
prodigy and foo took my heart away.
aphex twins took my mind away.
